About Correll Concepts

Sauce-cup-separation Technology

Health departments are beginning to require that all items handled by human hands be separated from contact with ready-to-eat food. So it may be that your Health Department may soon require that sauce cups put into a box with a pizza or a side-item (ex., breadsticks) must have a physical barrier between the cup and the product.

If that happens to you, you may want to consider Correll Concepts' various sauce-cup-separation options — an easy, cost-effective way of providing a physical barrier between sauce cup(s) and pizza or breadsticks. For some examples, see the Superior Side-item Packaging section — examples 2, 3, and 4.
