Insta-fold™ Technology

With our patented insta-fold technology you can set up a carton (ready for loading) in just one second. This enables you to by-pass the step of pre-folding and stacking boxes for later use — saving big-time in hassle and storage space.

Insta-fold technology can be effectively applied both to pizza boxes and to side-item boxes. It can also produce substantial cost savings. For example, it enables replacing a costly clamshell breadstick box with an economical folding-style box that costs one-third less than the clamshell yet has all the functional advantages and none of the drawbacks of the clamshell.

Insta-fold technology can be installed on both B-flute and E-flute boxes, but works best with E-flute.
