About Correll Concepts

Heat-retaining Technologies

Correll Concepts has several patented heat-retaining technologies. One type enables you to have a side-item (i.e., breadstick) box with maximum heat-retaining capability without the sog-producing condensation that comes with Styrofoam boxes. This technology provides double-panel walls all around, with a dead air space between the panels for maximum insulting effect (like that of double-pane storm windows). This box costs a couple cents more because it requires more material. But if you want to deliver a side-item at maximum temperature and quality, this is an innovation to check out. To see an example box, click here.

Another of Correll Concepts' heat-retaining technologies is PCE (Pizza Carton Elevation). This reduces the rate of heat conduction, or heat loss, through the bottom panel of a pizza box, thereby keeping the pizza 33 percent hotter in the customer's residence. For details on this exciting innovation, see the PCE section.
