Example 8 - Personal Pizza Box

A sturdy clamshell box made of SBS (solid bleached sulfate) paperboard. It could also be made of more-economical brown kraft board. This carton uses Correll Concepts' crush-resisting clamshell technology to achieve superior stacking strength, product protection, and quality image in spite of the fact that it's made of economical non-corrugated material. It could also be made of corrugated board (i.e., F-flute) for even greater strength. This particular example happens to incorporate a unique wave to the edge of the cover side flaps to achieve a fresh, contemporary look. If desired, straight edges can be substituted.
