Example 6 - Side-item Box

A folder-style box that has double-panel walls on all sides, top, and bottom with an air space between the panels for extra insulating effect (like double-pane insulating windows on a house). Due to the extra material required, this box costs a few cents more to manufacture. It's for a company that wants to deliver the finest quality side-item product and create the highest-possible perceived quality among consumers. Unlike a styrofoam clamshell, there is no condensation build-up within the box, so there's no chance of delivering soggy product.
