SUMMARY: The TimeSaver Box™ (a.k.a. new green pizza box) derives its 7% to 8% material savings by eliminating the roll-over flap (or inner panel) on the front wall of the traditional pizza box. The only function of this panel is to set up the two front corners of the box. The panel serves no other purpose and provides no other significant benefit.

As a result, the TimeSaver Box™ enables (a) ultra-fast box-folding, (b) a substantial material savings, and (c) an impressive cost savings (resulting from the material savings).
